For Local Camps in Gujarat
Before more than 15 days of Departure, 90% Refund
Before 2 to 15 days of Departure, 50% Refund
In the last 48 hours of Departure & After depart, 5% Refund
For National Camps in the Other States
Before more than 40 days of Departure, 90% Refund
Before 21 to 40 days of Departure, 75% Refund
Before 11 to 20 days of Departure, 60% Refund
Before 0 to 10 days of Departure, NO Refund
In the last 48 hours of Departure, NO refund
Cancellation of tickets will include extra charges, such as agent fees and any GST amount paid will be deducted from your refundable amount.
For Local Camps in Maharashtra (Only for participants joining us from Maharashtra)

How do I cancel if I booked at Safarkesang?
Our Cancellation process is very simple. You may apply online to cancel your seat through this page Booking History or call us at +91 8160549372 between ll:00 AM to O7:00 PM on any workingday. Alternatively, you may email us at Safarkesangindia@gmail.com for any assistance.
How much time does the process of refund take at Safarkesang?
Your refund amount will be credited within 72 working hours after the cancellation date.
In which mode my amount will be refunded?
If train tickets are involved then the train ticket refund amount from IRCTC will be credited to your bank account or through UPI ID 30 days after the trip completion date.
Replacement/Transfer of Participation:
Participants are allowed to transfer their participation to another participant. For National Camps no replacement/transfer is possible and 20% for Local Camps processing charge will be deducted from the total camp fees. Transfers can be made at least 7 days before the departure date for Local Camps. The replaced participant must register anew and pay the full amount by paying the 20% amount.
