Discipline
By joining or using any services or products from us or from any Third party like (Treks, Adventure Camp, Travel, etc), we expect a high level of discipline.
All the participants have to follow the camp rules, timings, and code of conduct during the time of camping and travel.
Punctuality must be taken as a serious matter. Participants will have to follow the instructions clearly given by the volunteer/guide, Misbehave/Arguing with the volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues.
In case of violation of disciplinary rules, "Safarkesang" has all the rights to rusticate a participant or terminate the participation. In such cases of disciplinary violation or the participants’ wishes to leave the camp willingly, the Company will not be held responsible for any further services, return tickets, refunds, etc. Also, "Safarkesang" is not responsible for your further actions, safety, or any other actions that can affect the locality and jurisdiction. "Safarkesang" will is not responsible for any type of internal disputes/quarrels among participants.
Prohibition & Restrictions
Smoking, Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs & Abusive Language are strictly prohibited and if anyone is found to be the suspect in such cases, the participation will be terminated and no further services, return tickets, refunds, etc will be offered.
Booking & Payments
Payments are accepted through the online UPI payment only or by cash at registered offices (offices launching soon) listed on the website.
”Safarkesang” does not accepts any kind of payment through any 3rd party portals, agents, booking offices, mobile applications, etc.In case of Advance Payment, if any modification in schedule or planning due to unavoidable circumstances is made, the participant will have to agree with it and bear the extra charges with the remaining payment.
Communication
The enquiry and registration helpings would be active between 10 AM to 7 PM for all the days excluding the public holidays on +91 8160549372.
However, the information available on the website would be considered final in case of any miscommunication or misinterpretation over the helplines.

Change Of Schedule
In case of any unforeseen circumstances, the schedule could be changed/modified. In such cases, the expenditure of extra accommodation facilities, new transport arrangements and other commodities will have to be borne by the participants themselves. No such responsibility would be on part of "Safarkesang".
No refunds would be made or entertained if the organization cancels or modifies any programmes due to an act of God or any unavoidable circumstances.
If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, lockdowns, curfews) no amount will be refunded.
Transportation
Transportation is managed as per head seat availability. The organization will help to adjust, However, we don’t offer any kind of seating preferences or special services.
Train tickets are booked with subject to availability. “Safarkesang” does not possess a right to change the status for waiting or RAC tickets. However, pre mention of the status will be conveyed to participants while booking tickets.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as getting stuck at a place due to natural calamity, unable to board the transport vehicle on schedule, etc.; the expenditure of extra accommodation facilities, new transport arrangements, etc. will have to be borne by the participants themselves. No such responsibility would be on part of "Safarkesang".
Accommodation & Food
Accommodation & Sanitary Facilities for Girls & Boys are separate.
Jain and Swaminarayan food will be available depends on situation and availability. Non-Veg food is not allowed at the campsite.
"Safarkesang" has a pre-decided food menu depending upon the camp hygiene and health. No choices, preferences, or demands from the participants will be entertained. "Safarkesang" is not responsible for any health-related issue during the camp, in case the participant skips the food.
Before boarding the vehicle, the participant needs to check their vehicle seats/windows. In case of damage, he/she must inform the respective volunteer/instructor. If not informed and found damaged the participant needs to pay the repairing cost for the same.
Before check-in/check-out, the participant is requested to check his/her room/tents. If any items are found to be damaged/lost/stolen from their room/tents, he/she will be held solely responsible for it and needs to bare the expenditure for the same.

For Local Camps in Gujarat
Before more than 15 days of Departure, 90% Refund
Before 2 to 15 days of Departure, 50% Refund
In the last 48 hours of Departure & After depart, 5% Refund
For National Camps in the Other States
Before more than 40 days of Departure, 90% Refund
Before 21 to 40 days of Departure, 75% Refund
Before 11 to 20 days of Departure, 60% Refund
Before 0 to 10 days of Departure, NO Refund
In the last 48 hours of Departure, NO refund
For Local Camps in Mumbai
Before 2 to 7 days of Departure, 50% Refund
In the last 48 hours of Departure, No Refund
If train tickets are involved then the train ticket refund amount from IRCTC will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days.
Cancellation of tickets will include extra charges, such as agent fees, and any GST amount paid will not be refunded.
How to cancel your booking for any Camp/Event
Ask for Cancellation Request on call only.
Cancellation Team will be calling you regarding your cancellation within 48 working hours.
After Canceled your Booking, you will get your refund by account in 7 to 12 working days.
Replacement/Transfer of Participation:
Participants are allowed to transfer their participation to another individual.
For National Camps, transfers are not allowed.
However, for Local Camps, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the total camp fees for such transfers.
Transfers for Local Camps must be completed at least 3 days before the departure date. The new participant must register separately and pay the full camp fee, while the original participant will receive their refund after deducting the 20% processing charge.
Medical
"Safarkesang" provides basic First Aid Facilities all the camps and treks.
In the case of a Medical Emergency, "Safarkesang" will try to contact the emergency contact number provided by the participant. In case the emergency contact person will not respond in time, "Safarkesang" will act as per the instructions given by the senior-most person available at the camp. The team the try to get the best medical facilities at the earliest, however, the cost of such medical treatment, transport, etc would be borne by the participants.
Any medical expenses for minor/major injury/sickness during the camp would not be borne by "Safarkesang". Only an immediate first–aid facility shall be provided.
Participants will be provided with the facility of emergency health service in case no emergency family contact provided by the participant is available but the expense shall not be bear by the Company.
Photography
Participants would not be allowed to share any photos or videos throughout the event for commercial use without prior permission of the organization.
Personal Data
To access the website and its resources, you may need to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details as requested during the sign-up process. By registering on this site, you agree that all information you submit during registration or when using any interactive features of the website is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to its terms.
By signing up and accessing Safarkesang.com , you acknowledge that your account is personal and agree not to share login credentials or grant access to others. In the event of unauthorized access or a security breach, you must notify us immediately. For your security, exercise caution when accessing your account on public networks or shared devices.
Safarkesang reserves the right to suspend or deactivate any account identifiers (username, password, etc.) at its discretion, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, particularly if there is a violation of these terms.
After registration, a WhatsApp link will be shared via message or the online portal. By joining the group, you acknowledge and consent that personal details such as your name, mobile number, and profile photo will be visible to other participants. "Safarkesang" is not responsible for any disputes arising between participants post-event.
Equipment Rentals
"Safarkesang" does not provide rental gear. Participants may arrange rental equipment through third-party vendors during their trek. "Safarkesang" is not responsible for the cost, offers, or the condition of any rented gear. In case of loss, damage, or breakage caused by a participant, they will be held accountable and must either pay the full price or comply with the terms set by the rental provider.
Responsibilities Of Luggage
Participants are solely responsible for his/her damage/missing luggage. Checking the luggage before and after loading and unloading shall be done on the end of the respective participant.
If "Safarkesang" finds any item during the event, that would be registered under store stuff but claiming for the same will require appropriate proof.
Adventure Activities
Participants have to carry their luggage during the trek. "Safarkesang" does not offer the facility of mules or porters or any carriers. If in case the participant is willing to hire any carrier, they are solely responsible for bearing the charges.
Trainee agrees that he participates in the Training Camp and Adventure Activities with proper medical advice and on his own will and risk. He is solely responsible for any injury or accident (minor/fatal) that taken place during the camp. "Safarkesang" is not responsible for any such cases/incidence/accidents taken place in the above-mentioned subject. He also understands the risk of wild animals and the dangerous state of water bodies nearby.
Trekking
Trekking needs basic physical fitness to sustain itself throughout the trek. Instructor/guide has the right to terminate his/her summit in case they suspect any unfit participant.
During the trek, participants should follow the rules and technics of the trek and follow the principles of mountaineering.
Trek routes are best decided by "Safarkesang", these must not be the shortcuts but these will be the most suitable ones. No participant is allowed to change the route of the trek to avail of shortcuts. No hurry to run ahead of the instructor shall be entertained.
All the participants below 18 years have to submit a consent form signed by their guardian/parents.
Fitness
If during the trek, the instructor feels unsafe to carry the participant for the further trek, the instructor has the right to take the real-time action needed and can send the participant back for which no refund/return service shall be provided.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to the services, activities, or operations of "Safarkesang" will be handled under the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat.
All participants are required to abide by the local laws and regulations during their activities with "Safarkesang". In case of legal violations or any breach of local laws, the local authorities may take legal action, and Safarkesang will not be held responsible for such actions.
"Safarkesang" values discipline, respect for local laws, and the well-being of every participant. We encourage all our trekkers and adventurers to maintain a respectful, law-abiding approach throughout the journey, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
As a company focused on adventure, trekking, and outdoor learning, we expect participants to adhere to the principles of safety, respect, and environmental consciousness, both during our activities and in interactions with local communities.
If a situation arises that involves legal proceedings, participants agree that "Safarkesang" is not responsible for resolving any personal disputes or legal complications, which should be addressed directly by the individuals involved and the local authorities.
